It is still the case now that I have joined as a full-time employee.” We encourage our talents to grow and develop both on a professional as well as on a personal level, benefiting from a steep learning curve. After all, we believe that InstaFreight can only be as good as its people.
We solve the problem first
The logistics market literally never stands still. There are still many puzzles to be solved, so creativity and innovation are key. Hands-on-mentality and thinking outside the box best describes what kind of work ethic we strive for. Our team consists of a diverse group of innovative, creative and experimental thinkers. At InstaFreight we consider customer needs first and develop solutions to satisfy them proactively. We also take full ownership of problems and work towards solving them. Anna, one of our team members, perfectly describes, “Together we are a tight-knit and easy-going team and we always work towards solving the problem first. We are different together
We highly value the diversity of our team. At present we employ 120 employees from 19 different nationalities and cultural backgrounds. Together we communicate openly, honestly and directly. We listen to and consider everyone’s opinion and love getting and giving feedback. Many employees have different ethnicities, experience levels and educational backgrounds thereby contributing new and fresh perspectives and creating a dynamic work environment. At InstaFreight, logistics experts and tech pros work closely with young driven peers such as interns, working students and young professionals!

We are reliable and we commit to our employees as well as to our customers and partners. Together we work hard to produce great outcomes. Everyone has full ownership of their projects and contributes to the company’s success. Senior Tender Manager Paul says, “Everyone here is part of the journey to digitize the road freight industry and to unlock its hidden potential in terms of digitization and sustainability.” Since our founding in 2016 we have successfully carried out more than 50,000 transports. We are proud to say that about 1,600 shippers and 10,000 carriers have placed their trust in us.
We celebrate success together
We are team players and celebrate our successes together. After all, we live and work by the motto ‘work hard, play hard’. Friday evenings are for pizza, beer and ping pong – the perfect way to end the work week and to start the weekend together. With our legendary parties and company events, it never gets boring at InstaFreight. And yes, that’s right, we had 17 team events last year, including our annual summer and christmas party and oktoberfest and halloween party just to name a few.
